  • You may have noticed earlier this year that we made some changes to how we process credit/debit card payments, including bringing you the option to store your card securely to allow us to take payment automatically for future invoices.

    We are pleased to announce that we are now able to accept payment by Direct Debit from customers with a UK bank account. Simply login to our billing and support system and setup a Direct Debit mandate, then we will collect all future invoice payments from your bank account 1-2 working days before the due date.
